Terms & conditions (Catering order)
Price & payment
All prices are per person inclusive of GST Prices are subject to change. Upon request we can send a quote, valid for 30 days to confirm the price of your catering.
The Daily Charitable Trust reserves the right to requote if guest numbers quoted or guest numbers confirmed in a booking change, or if catering cost such as food prices increase.
A deposit of 25% may be required to confirm the customer’s booking. The deposit is transferrable, however non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed at the absolute discretion of The Daily Charitable Trust. Payment may be required in full prior to the supply of catering.
Cancellation or an amendment to an order
Must be advised within 48 hours prior to the event. If notice is not provided within 48 hours, the customer agrees that The Daily Charitable Trust may charge the customer up to the full amount of the original quote. Wherever possible, The Daily Charitable Trust will endeavor to accommodate late notices without incurring a cost to the customer.
Minimum order
Minimum guest numbers apply (10 people) or minimum order value of $100 per catering.
Delivery charge
Pick up from The Daily Café is free of charge $5 within Te Puke town $10 for deliveries within 10km radius $15 for deliveries within 15km radius
Dietary requirements
We can cater for gluten free, dairy free vegetarian and vegan diets. Please note our dishes may contain nuts or traces of nuts, please ensure you advise of your guests’ food allergies or intolerances.

Returns & refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

- Donations
- Perishable goods such as food
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
